During this SAIL webinar, leadership strategist Dwayne Whitehead explored practical approaches for guiding teams through periods of transition. The discussion focused on how leaders can support employees emotionally and operationally while maintaining accountability, collaboration and organizational momentum.
Whitehead outlined strategies for helping teams move through change by encouraging mindset, behavior and routine shifts. He emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence, transparent communication and relationship management when leading through uncertainty.
