The CSG South Regional Energy Summit brings together state legislators, legislative staff, regulators, energy agencies, and industry leaders from across Southern states for a one-day, policy-focused dialogue on the region’s most pressing energy challenges and opportunities.
While co-located with the Southern Legislative Conference (SLC), the Summit is independently programmed, registered, and sponsored. Participants may attend the Summit only, SLC only, or both events by registering separately.
Registration Information
- The Summit takes place on the first day of SLC (July 11).
- Registration is separate: Admission to one event does not grant
access to the other. - Attendees may register for one event or both.
- Sponsors gain visibility and engagement specific to the
Regional Energy Summit audience and programming.
Registration Fees
- Legislators & government staff: $50
- Private & public sector attendees: $550
- Fees include breakfast and lunch.
Registration for the Regional Energy Summit is separate from SLC. Attending one does not provide access to the other.

- Attending both events? Use the SLC hotel link to reserve accommodations for the full conference.
- Attending only the Summit? You will receive a hotel link to reserve
rooms for July 10 only. Additional nights require SLC registration.
